graduation schmaduation
As I finish my last undergraduate lab report I’ve realized that I’m almost about to be given a B.S. in Marine Biology. I’ve also realized that this brings me almost no joy and/or pride in myself. Come to think of it, the last time I was happy and proud at my graduation was my kindergarten graduation. The real thing I came here to say was that my proudest and happiest graduation moment was watching my mother get her associates degree in horticulture from SUNY Farmingdale in 2003. I was and still am so, so proud of her going back to school taking care of two young kids and two sick parents and getting a degree in something that she loves. So congrats mommy & RWU class of 2012. Enjoy that shit
